All commissions unlock after the 60-day lock — the referred account has to keep paying. Refunds and chargebacks claw back proportionally. Standard Affiliate is one-time per referral; Ambassador and Agency pay monthly over the window shown. How attribution works.
90-day cookie
When someone clicks your link, you have 90 days to earn the commission if they sign up and pay. Covers the 30-day trial with room to spare.
Last-click wins
If a lead clicks affiliate A then later clicks affiliate B, B wins. Each new click resets the 90-day clock. Standard across the industry.
Coupon beats cookie
If the customer enters your coupon code at checkout, you get the credit even if the cookie says someone else. The coupon is an explicit choice of who referred them.
Existing customers excluded
A click cannot reassign credit on someone who is already a paying CleanerFlow Pro customer. No stealing.

Powered by FirstPromoter — the same engine used by SaaS companies you already trust. Tax forms (W-9 / W-8BEN) are collected before any payout. Payouts go via PayPal or Stripe Connect, so the processor (not us) issues the 1099-K — clean tax trail.

Founding Ambassador — the first 25 only.
The Founding Ambassador tier pays 30% recurring for 12 months on every referred account — not one-time, monthly. Once we approve the 25th ambassador, the tier closes for new entries. When do I actually receive money?+
After the referred account has been paying for 60 days, the commission unlocks. From there, the next monthly payout cycle delivers it to your PayPal or Stripe Connect account, as long as your balance is at least $100. So usually about 90 to 110 days from the first paid invoice.
How is my referral tracked?+
Three ways: your personal tracking link (90-day cookie), your personal coupon code (overrides cookie if used), and any direct attribution from your application (e.g., an introduction email you forwarded). The dashboard shows you which path was used for each conversion.
What if my referral cancels during the trial?+
No commission. The 60-day lock starts on the first paid invoice — if there is no first paid invoice, there is no commission. Nothing to claw back either; nothing was paid.
What if my referral cancels after I was paid?+
Standard Affiliate (one-time bounty): no clawback — the bounty was for landing them, not keeping them. Ambassador and Agency (recurring): payments stop with the subscription. Refunds and chargebacks claw back the proportional refunded amount from your next payout. Always transparent in the dashboard.
Can I bid on the CleanerFlow brand on Google Ads?+
No. Bidding on the CleanerFlow Pro brand or near-misspellings is prohibited and will end your partnership. You compete with us when you do that — and steal credit from our own organic traffic. Promote with content, audience, community, never with brand-keyword ads.
Do I need to live in the US?+
No. Payouts go via PayPal or Stripe Connect, both of which work in 100+ countries. We require a tax form (W-9 for US residents, W-8BEN for non-US), collected once before your first payout.
Can I refer the other CleanerFlow products (Leads, Marketplace, Mailmundo)?+
Not in V1. The Partner Program currently covers CleanerFlow Pro only. If we launch affiliate programs for the other ecosystem products, they will be separate programs with their own codes and payouts — and you can enroll in multiple.
What if my referral upgrades from Solo to Growing later?+
For Standard Affiliate (one-time bounty), the bounty is fixed at the plan they signed up on — no top-up for upgrades. For Ambassador and Agency (recurring), the percentage scales with the actual subscription each month — so upgrades automatically pay you more, downgrades automatically pay you less.
How long does approval take?+
5 to 7 business days. A real person reviews every application. We do not auto-approve. If you are rejected, we tell you why — so you can re-apply later with a tighter pitch if you want.
What if I'm not sure which tier fits me?+
Pick "I'm not sure" on the application form. We will look at your audience and your channel, and assign the tier that pays you the most. We are not trying to underpay you — paying you well is how you stay and keep promoting.
