Privacy Policy — Partner Program

This policy describes the data CleanerFlow Inc. collects about you as a Partner and how we use it. It is in addition to the general CleanerFlow Privacy Policy; in case of conflict on partner-specific topics, this policy governs.
1. What we collect
Application data (name, email, country, audience information, channel URL, brief). Performance data once approved (clicks on your link, signups attributed to you, commission earned). Tax forms (W-9 / W-8BEN) before any payout. Payment processor identifiers (PayPal email or Stripe Connect account id).
2. How we use it
To review your application, calculate and pay commission, comply with tax law, prevent fraud (self-referral detection, brand-bidding detection), and communicate program updates. We never sell partner data.
3. Third parties
Tracking and payout are operated by FirstPromoter (engine), Stripe Connect and PayPal (payments). They process the data needed for their respective functions and are independently regulated. We share only what each integration requires.
4. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your partner data at any time. Deletion may end your participation if it removes records required for payout / tax compliance. Contact us via the partner support page.
5. Retention
Tax records (W-9 / W-8BEN, payout history) are retained for the period required by US tax law. All other partner data is retained while the partnership is active and for 24 months after termination, then deleted or anonymized.
