Partner Agreement

This is the agreement between you (the Partner) and CleanerFlow Inc. ("CF") for participation in the CleanerFlow Pro Partner Program. The full legal text is being finalized; the key terms below already apply to every approved partner.
1. Approval and program scope
Participation requires manual approval. The program currently covers CleanerFlow Pro subscriptions only — referrals for any other CleanerFlow product (Leads, Marketplace, Mailmundo) do not earn commission under this agreement.
2. Attribution and 60-day lock
90-day last-click cookie. Coupon codes override cookies. Existing CF Pro customers are excluded from new attribution. Commission unlocks only after the referred account has been actively paying for 60 days. Refunds and chargebacks claw back proportionally.
3. Payout, taxes and processor
Payouts go via PayPal or Stripe Connect, with a $100 minimum balance. Tax forms (W-9 for US, W-8BEN for non-US) are collected before the first payout. The payment processor (not CF) issues the 1099-K to US partners. Tax responsibility sits with the Partner.
4. Prohibited conduct
Bidding on the CleanerFlow brand or near-misspellings in paid ads, self-referral, false earnings claims, spam, and any deceptive promotion violate this agreement and result in termination plus forfeiture of pending commission.
5. FTC disclosure
You agree to disclose your partner relationship in every promotion, in plain language ("#ad", "affiliate link", "partner of CF Pro" — whatever fits your platform). Templates are provided in the FTC Disclosure Kit.
6. Termination
Either party may end the partnership at any time. Pending commission already past the 60-day lock is paid out; commission within the lock window at the time of termination is forfeited.
