What if 25 ambassadors are already approved?+
The tier closes. New applications still process — we just place you in Standard Affiliate (one-time bounty) or Agency, whichever fits your audience best. We will tell you exactly which.
Do I have to be Brazilian or Latino to apply?+
You do not. The BR/Latino community is the wedge — the unfilled gap — and that is where we will pick most of the 25 from. But if you are an English-speaking creator with an audience that perfectly fits the program goal, apply. Quality of fit wins, not background.
Does the 12-month window restart with each referral?+
Yes. Each referred account has its own 12-month clock starting on its first paid invoice. If you refer someone in month 1 and another in month 5, the first ends in month 13 and the second in month 17 — overlapping months stack.
What happens after the 12 months end on a specific referral?+
That specific recurring stream stops. The account keeps paying CleanerFlow Pro, you just no longer earn on it. New referrals you bring continue normally. We may extend or roll over in V2 — for V1 the cap is 12 months per account.
Can I lose Ambassador status?+
Yes — by violating the Partner Agreement (brand-keyword bidding, false earnings claims, undisclosed promotion, spam). We give one written warning for fixable issues; egregious violations terminate immediately. Pending commission past the 60-day lock is still paid; commission inside the lock at termination is forfeited.
